Introduction
Izran Khan ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Invoice Maker & Bill Generator mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App on either platform.
We respect your privacy. The App is designed to store your data locally on your device by default. Any optional cloud features are clearly identified and require your explicit consent.

Information We Collect
The App collects the following information to provide its invoicing functionality:
- Business details: Your name, business name, phone number, and email address that you enter during initial setup.
- Client information: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your clients, saved locally when you create invoices.
- Invoice data: Line item descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, and payment status for each invoice you create.
- Saved items: Service names and prices you choose to save for reuse.
- Invoice photos: Optional photos you attach to invoices, stored locally on your device.
All of the above data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your business data, client lists, or invoice contents.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Your contact list contents (we only access specific contacts you explicitly select when using the import feature)
Permissions
Invoice Maker requests the following permissions solely for the features described:
Push Notifications
Requested the first time you send an invoice. Used solely to notify you when a client opens your invoice and to send follow-up reminders after 48 hours if the invoice remains unopened. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. The App works fully without notifications.
Camera
Requested only when you tap Add Photo to attach a photo to an invoice. Used exclusively to let you capture a photo of completed work. Photos are stored locally and included in your PDF invoices only. If you decline, you can still select photos from your gallery.
Photo Library
Requested when you tap the gallery option to attach an existing photo to an invoice. We only access the specific photo you select. If you decline, you can still use the camera to take a new photo.
Contacts
Requested only when you tap Import from Contacts during client creation. Used to fill in client details automatically. We do not store your contacts. If you decline, you can type client details manually.
Data Storage & Security
Your business data, client information, and invoices are stored locally on your device. We recommend enabling your device's built-in security features — passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID — to protect your data. We do not operate servers that store your information, and no data is transmitted to us unless you explicitly enable an optional cloud sync feature.
Data Deletion
You can delete individual invoices, clients, or saved items from within the App at any time. To delete all data, uninstall the App from your device. Since your data is stored locally, uninstalling the App permanently removes all associated data. Export your data as CSV from the Reports section before uninstalling if you wish to keep a copy.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the native share sheet of your device to send invoices via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other apps you choose. Once you share an invoice through these third-party apps, their respective privacy policies apply. We have no control over how those apps handle the shared content.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at izranafridi@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
